On March 29, 2010, at a fashion show, Lakme India Fashion Week in Mumbai, Carol Gracias had a wardrobe malfunction when her halter-neck dress slipped off while she was walking on the ramp, totally exposing her breasts to the cameras and the audiences.

She recovered quickly enough and completed the walk, holding her top in place.
