At the US Weekly Hot Hollywood Awards, Jessica Alba nearly had a nipple slip wardrobe malfunction: her dress strap fell down to reveal a see-through bra.

In June 05, 2005 Jessica wore a see through dress at the MTV Movie Awards. She showed a little more that she thought. Jessica Alba was "unaware" that her dress was completely see-through at the number of flashes hitting the dress at once.
Jessica later said that she was "unaware that her dress was completely see-through."

That was a nightmare. I didn't want to wear anything tight, so I thought, 'Oh, this dress is fine. It'll be a bit more conservative'.
